What is your replacement policy?
Toy State products are not under warranty. Defective items should be returned to the original place of purchase. Toy State reserves the right to issue replacements at its discretion.
In the event the original place of purchase will not accept the item Toy State will, at its discretion, attempt to replace the item with proof of purchase. Products must have been purchased within the last 6 months. Toy State requires two proofs of purchase. Proof of purchase includes the original battery cover from the item (to be mailed to our US office), plus one of the following items:
- A copy of the original purchase receipt.
- Detailed original photos of the toy in position (excludes photos from the internet etc).
- The UPC code from the packaging.
Toy State will make every attempt to provide the consumer with the exact make, model and color of the product received. However, at Toy State’s discretion a different vehicle may be substituted as a replacement. Please allow 4-6 weeks processing after all proof of purchase has been received.
